Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. This role will involve a variety of general accounting responsibilities, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end closings. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be eager to contribute to the success of a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.

Monitor and analyze financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.

Support audits and assist with the preparation of schedules for external auditors.

Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (Required)

1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field.

Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g. NetSuite, SAP).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
