Description

We are on the hunt for a Staff Accountant to join our team located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in executing various financial tasks such as handling reconciliations, managing monthly journal entries, and assisting with Accounts Payable. This position offers an exciting opportunity within our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage various financial reconciliations effectively.

• Ensure accurate recording and management of monthly journal entries.

• Provide assistance with Accounts Payable operations as required.

• Leverage experience in Fixed Asset management to support the finance team.

• Multitask across different financial operations to ensure smooth functioning.

• Actively participate in the Month-End Close process.

• Maintain and manage General Ledger entries.

• Assist in managing Accounts Receivable operations as required.

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge.

Requirements

• Possess proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Skilled in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations is essential

• Familiarity with General Ledger management

• Ability to handle and process Journal Entries

• Proficient in Month End Close procedures

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary
