SUMMARY
This occupation performs a variety of clerical functions to support the timely execution of incoming orders, purchase order review, processing of pack slips.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process travelers, pack slips and shipping documents as required.
Verify customer receiving reports and process other reports as required.
Check customer portals daily and create pack slip per open picks.
Create ASN’s thru customer portals.
Schedule pickups for daily shipments. (Fed-ex, UPS, CEVA, etc.)
Set up quotes for customers.
Process any date, quantity, or price change for open orders.
Update monthly scheduled shipments list.
File EEI thru customs portal (if needed)
Familiar with ITAR / EAR compliance
Provide customers with tracking information once parts have shipped.
Filing as required.
Performs all other duties assigned or directed.
