You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and insightful analysis. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting Wizardry: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.

General Ledger Guardian: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring every transaction is accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed.

Process Improvement Advocate: Identify opportunities for enhancing financial processes, contributing to greater efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

Collaborative Partner: Work closely with various departments to gather financial data, providing insights that drive informed decision-making.

Month-End Maestro: Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations, while ensuring deadlines are met with precision.

Audit Ally: Prepare documentation and support for internal and external audits, helping to ensure a smooth and successful audit process.

Budgeting Buddy: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing analytical support to help guide strategic planning.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a technology or fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with a focus on financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with diverse teams.
