Core Responsibilities
Drives Project Management within technical logistics projects
Brings the expertise into business context, and actively uses functional expertise and End-to-End understanding when leading and setting a direction.
Drive and manage both local and global projects, ensuring customer satisfaction towards understanding, solutions, Time and Cost and at the same time deliverables are delivered in high quality.
Ensure collaboration and good leadership of projects with involved project members also towards key partners and suppliers.
Support and Drive development and Innovation in technology platforms around logistic systems and warehouses.
Actively uses innovation to create results and finding improvement opportunities such as improve machines, equipment, logistic automation and logistics processes.
Encourages and inspires people to be open minded and flexible to ideas from others.
Establishing relationships to all key stakeholders and sparring partner for Engineering and Global site management.

Manufacturing Design & Implementation (MD&I) is a global organization of project managers, project assistants and specialists that has a hands-on approach towards continuously improve the technologies to enable our internal customers to succeed with their manufacturing objectives.
The Project Manager is working with one or more projects and activities, in regards to logistics concepts, projects, layouts, development of solutions, procurement of machines and equipment, identification and roll-out of improvements/best practice and optimizing the existing production processes and equipment's, related to support logistics End-to-End operations on all sites.
Do you have what it takes?
Preferably having relevant educational background like Mechanical or Production Engineer (B.Sc.), Marine Engineer or a like.
Demonstrated ability with minimum 3 years experience in running projects /Project management or Project Execution locally and globally, and in cross-function areas.
Technical experience within production, logistics, warehousing or Engineering.
Should be able to travel approximately 30 days per year and to meet LEGO colleagues, run global projects and external partners.
Proficiency in spoken and written English
