Staff Accountants Needed!

$70,000 Starting Salary

Job Description:

· Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting for assigned properties

· Assist with capital activity, capital statements and distributions.

· Prepare or review of annual financial reports and analytics.

· Preparation of entity/property cash flows.

· Prepare entity/property budgets and monitor for variances.

· Prepare and keep history of year-end book to audit to tax reconciliation file.

· Prepare Journal entries and reconciliation of GL Monthly.

· Prepare Bank reconciliations for the companies.

· Ensure all company accounts payable are paid timely.

· Ensure all company accounts receivables are collected timely.

· Assist in preparation and distribution 1099's for the company and all individual assets.
