Our Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain Capabilities Summer internship gives you the opportunity to apply your learnings in real world experiences and network with leaders within the industry. We're looking for an undergraduate student who is a strong leader and self-starter. The prospective candidates should have technical aptitude, AI or digital capability, STEM exposure, critical thinking ability, and strong communication skills (written and visual ), who wants to lead and contribute to helping shape the future of TI&SC capability efforts on a global scale in a large, complex environment. Candidates must also have a high learning agility, as well as business acumen, problem-solving aptitude and a passion for the capability building space.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze learning needs
Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials, resources, playbooks, etc.
Investigate, assess and propose recommendations on the build-out of TI&SC External Capabilities Network by conducting research and leveraging benchmarking data
Play a key role in the TI&SC training inventory platform/tool to house all learning content
Gain global exposure by assisting with the planning and execution of Growth Expo, TI&SC's largest, annual people event
Organize & help lead system resources to deploy programs and support deployment of global efforts
Partner with Capabilities team to help lead the evolution of TI&SC's onboarding programs to todays and future needs, including defining/aligning clear success metrics
Participate in the evaluation of learning programs, providing feedback and suggestion for improvement
Analyze the impact of learning experiences on the organization

Education Requirements
Currently pursing a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Technical, Science or Business based major with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2024.
Sophomore, Junior or Senior in an accredited college or university with at least a 3.0 GPA
Compensation
$5026 per month
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
