The Staff Accountant will prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance and general ledger reconciliation. During the monthly close, various aspects of internal reporting will be under your responsibility. You will assist in developing and implementing accounting policies. Also, you will participate in compliance, interact with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and review schedules for the reporting processes. This position is very involved as it will produce Financial Statements, Cash Flow projections, and Budgets. 　　Key responsibilities

　　In-depth experience with reconciling month end balance sheet accounts

　　Partake in various department-wide initiatives

　　Prepare complex journal entries and account reconciliations including but not limited to cash, prepaid expenses and payroll

　　Perform month end close, journal entries, with minimum supervision

　　Upon request, take part in special projects and impromptu reporting

　　Assemble analyses for monthly balance sheets and income statements for management reporting

　　Contribute to the implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP

　　Analyze and coordinate a variety of financial data, and report it in a useful and understandable manner

　　Regular maintenance and reconciliation of journal entries

　　Support the month end, quarter end and year end closing process by preparing monthly financial close workbooks

　　Manage depreciation, fixed asset ledgers, and reconciliation

　　Manage intercompany reconciliation, billings, and transactions

　　Manage schedules for monthly payments and capital lease Requirements - Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　Knowledge of Entity Formation

　　Comprehensive knowledge of account reconciliation

　　Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

　　ERP system experience

　　Competent with spreadsheets and databases

　　Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

　　Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment

　　BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

　　Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills

　　Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

　　1+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience

　　Demonstrated analytical abilities, tendency to quickly connect dots and surmise logical outcomes
