Full Time: Production Support Specialist (PSS)

　　Do you want the opportunity to create and package life-saving equipment, sustainable goods, food/drink, sensory apparel, and law enforcement uniforms? Arc Herkimer wants you to lead production workers through various projects!

　　PSS starting rate is $15.25- $18.25/hr.

　　18+ years old, with agency-approvable driver’s license. Opportunities for pay increase based on education.

　　High school diploma or GED not required.

　　One year experience with sewing, custodial, or production experience -OR- one year experience working with individuals with disabilities

　　You will have the chance to see consumer goods through production, while enhancing skills and enriching lives for industrial workers.

　　Lead inclusive workforce in a manufacturing and industrial setting

　　Use hands-on approaches to train, motivate, and supervise teams

　　Manage a variety of exciting contract projects and commodities productions

　　Ensure efficiency, quality standards, and maintenance of equipment

　　Empower teams by teaching methods of work simplification and quality assurance

　　Check progress and workmanship of employees
