　　Job Description:

　　We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. 　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

　　Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

　　Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

　　Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial data

　　Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

　　Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

　　Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

　　2+ years of experience in accounting roles

　　Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

　　Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

　　Effective communication and interpersonal skills
