Tonix’s infectious disease pipeline consists of a vaccine in development to prevent smallpox and monkeypox, which also serves as the live virus vaccine platform or recombinant pox vaccine platform for other infectious diseases.Position Overview Tonix is looking for a full-time Inside Account Manager to effectively promote and provide customer support of the Tonix Medicines brands to HCP’s and accounts not aligned to a field -based account manager. This is a fast-paced challenging position offering a competitive compensation and benefits package. This position will report directly to the Head of Key Accounts and will be based remotely. Travel will be limited to sales meetings and an occasional in-person customer meeting. Essential Duties Achieve performance goals utilizing inside/virtual sales techniques to a pre-determined target list. When requested, provide outreach to help evaluate the market potential and business opportunity with non-called on accounts/HCP’s. Provide timely and accurate customer service to HCP’s, support staff, and accounts that request commercial support via contact to Tonix Medicines via phone, email or conference outreach. Support HCP/Account Market Access follow-up activity when requested. Implement a structured engagement approach to maximize reach to customers and increase productivity. Exhibit strong business acumen to demonstrate the ability to analyze data and recognize trends to make informed decisions and ask the right questions. Accurately and timely maintain database for all accounts/activity. Maintain required technical expertise to respond accurately to all questions regarding products and business-related issues. Possess in-depth knowledge of disease state, product portfolio, and accounts to maximize business opportunities. Collaborate effectively with internal partners including Sales, Marketing, Sales Training, Managed Care, Distribution, and Medical Affairs. Consistently demonstrate a high sense of urgency and follow-up while maintaining a high level of integrity in all business interactions.
