About Total Rewards Specialist

  The Total Rewards team within Corporate Functions is responsible for executing the compensation programs and tools. This includes refining processes and enhancing the tools necessary to support the different Total Rewards groups. The Total Rewards Specialist will manage projects, training, and communication. This role is part of the global team and is responsible for high-touch engagement with teams throughout Accenture as well as strong organization skills to ensure program success. This includes, but is not limited to:

  Provide high-touch communication and engage users with new and existing Total Rewards programs

  Coordinate and manage training and strategic planning workshops

  Create training modules, decks, and tools to educate users on all programs

  Create continuous improvement ideas for Total Rewards Team

  Manage, edit, and update Total Rewards materials to better operationalize procedures

  Provide support and document key process areas within SharePoint

  Plan projects and training (Ex: rewards planning compensation tools and compensation statements)

  Provide overall support to the annual compensation process, including project management, training, communications, and documentation preparation

  Develop cross cross-functional understanding of Total Rewards tools that support our annual processes

  Train and coach TR members in compensation-related tools/processes needed

  Contribute to continuous improvement ideas and implementation procedures

  Manage project plan updates in PM software

  Establish relationships with various teams across the organization

  Partner with CIO Team for rewards planning and new tools

  Provide additional support for ad-hoc tasks and projects

  Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources functional experience at Accenture or a similar global organization

  Bachelor’s degree

  Role Requirements:

  A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role is required to work effectively across multiple time zones

  As this is a global role, the individual must be comfortable working remotely (i.e. via conference calls, etc)

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Project management

  Training development/comms plan creation

  Experience communicating with cross MU resources at all levels

  Excel skills, PowerPoint Skills, MS Access Skills

  SharePoint skills

  Strong organizational skills

  Exposure to System Rollouts on a Global Team with distributed resources

  Certification in Total Rewards functional area

  Exposure to training associated with system rollouts

  Professional Skills:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills

  Strong problem-solving skills

  Attention to detail

  Ability to quickly learn new applications/tools and processes

  Propose/Negotiate solutions and include decisions with multiple stakeholders

  Comfortable communicating with all levels of the CIO and HR teams

  Exposure to an environment with tight timelines and critical deliverables

  Ability to tie numbers between various reports

  Understanding of English
