Pay Range: $27.63 - $36.89

　　Prepares and reviews financial statements and reports and has responsibility for the maintenance of accurate accounting records. Performs various accounting and control functions for partnership investments, directors’ fees & deferred compensation and equity based compensation plans. Prepares financial statements, profitability reports and other management reports as required by the company, its external auditors, the Federal Reserve, the SEC, or other regulatory authorities. Performs and ensures accurate and timely reconciliation of general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts.

　　Education and Experience:

　　Bachelor’s degree in accounting or comparable business degree & related work experience

　　Three to five years experience in an accounting environment preferred

　　Skills and Abilities:

　　GAAP Accounting.

　　High degree of PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Software.

　　Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

　　Tasks Performed:

　　45% Prepare or assist in the preparation of respective reports and/or sub schedules for public filings relating to SEC, regulatory and tax reporting. Prepare or assist in the preparation of various internal management, profitability and board reports as assigned

　　25% Responsible for providing accounting and reporting support for organizational subsidiaries and/or one or more of the following items: partnership investments, REIT’s, fixed assets, directors’ fees and deferred compensation and equity based compensation plans.

　　10% Perform scheduled general ledger entries and online GL posting and ensure timely reconciliation of assigned GL accounts.

　　10% Other duties as assigned.

　　10% Provide general and administrative support/back-up for other miscellaneous accounting functions as assigned.
