Defense Property Accountability System Support SpecialistJob LocationsUS-OH-WPAFBID2024-7624CategoryLogisticsTypeRegular Full-TimeOverviewCredence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring a Defense Property Accountability System Support Specialist who will be primarily responsible for supporting HQ AFMC at WPAFB, OH.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a user access log and send monthly report to Government designee.Manage user access by correctly annotating forms and uploading to DPAS website within 1 to 2 business days of receiving user access requests with a less than one (1) percent error return rate (i.e., rejects) from the DPAS Program Office.Monitor data trends, identify problem areas, determine causes, and recommend corrective action.Assist new users with accessing initial training and certifying DPAS roles.Develop and maintain training aids to assist Air Force users to quickly understand and complete DPAS access processes. Assist DPAS/Leidos training team in maintaining currency of access training material on the DPAS eLearn website.Provide support for fielding and resolving helpdesk calls, troubleshooting, analyzing information about the user's issues and determining the best way to resolve problems.Solve issues in a timely and effective manner in accordance with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 timelines; escalate new issues to DPAS Security Office and track to resolution.Utilize several Information Technology (IT) systems to include but not limited to: DPAS modules, LIMS-EV, BLADE, and SharePoint.Utilize data processing tools and Microsoft office products.Complete any training requirements required for IT system access.QualificationsClearance: Secret or ability to obtain a SecretBA/BS degree and three (3) years of relevant work experience or,Six (6) years of relevant work experienceEffectively communicate with customers of all grades and ranks across the DAF DPAS Enterprise.Experience with customer support and IT system access processes.Knowledge of data principles and procedures, data analysis, data accuracy, and data quality.Need help finding the right job?We can recommend jobs specifically for you!Click here to get started.Credence Management Solutions, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
