Job Description

　　One of Insight Global's largest Chemical Manufacture's is seeking to hire a UX Researcher to help improve the user experience for their customer facing digital platform. This person will be executing user testing, ab testing, usability testing, and garnering qualitative results from both internal and external users to improve the user's experience. The testing could be executed either before release or after release to test users. The research being executed is not quantitative but qualitative. A self start, someone who knows how to drive process will be a great fit for this role. Someone who is a high character professional who has excellent interpersonal skills would also be a perfect fit for the role.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　5+ Years of UX Researcher Experience

　　Experience with different Usability Tools

　　Experience with Persona Mapping and Journey Mapping

　　Experience with Usability Testing and AB Testing

　　Experience with Running Design Thinking Workshops - Local to Chicago IL/Naperville IL

　　Bachelor's Degree null
