Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Senior Support Analyst to join a Construction Management company located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting power bi dashboards to business owners, stakeholder's, executives, high level decision makers. They will be leveraging analytics tools to create new dashboards, reports, and any additional ad-hoc requests. In addition, they will presents findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analytics fits into the bigger picture. This Senior Analyst will be managing support tickets for projects, managing vendors, meeting user expectations and SLA times, and working with the PMO heavily on applications that are being rolled out. The candidate will also be responsible for being a liaison between applications and users, and managing account creation for applications. This role requires to be onsite five days a week, will start out as a four-month contract and convert to a permanent role after.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　* 3- 5 years of IT Application Support experience

　　* Experience presenting power bi dashboards to business owners, stakeholder's, executives, high level decision makers

　　* Experience troubleshooting and handling tickets through a ticketing system

　　* Experience with user testing

　　* Experience building reports by pulling data using SQL

　　* Experience working with Power Apps

　　* Experience doing system configurations, creating APIs

　　* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Data background null
