  SUMMARY

  Bering Global Solutions a subsidiary of Bering Straits NativeCorporation is currently seeking a qualified Senior Team Lead/Supervisorfor a position in Idaho Falls, ID. The team lead as a supervisor isresponsible for the overall day to day operations of the IT SupportGroup. The lead will also manage the personnel that supports DOE-ID COMSand the DOE-ID Information Management Division (IMD). The team lead willneed to be versatile and have a wide range of IT skills especiallyserver operations to support the organization. The lead will be requiredto work as a lead project manager and help desk support expert overdaily duties in support of the DOE-ID office user base. The lead will beresponsible for keeping IMD informed via metrics and status on all IToperational tasks and issues.

  Analyze complex process and provide technical expertise in resolvingProvide guidance and direction to support staff with complexCoordinate with DOE-ID to establish and define programs, resources,projects, solutions, and related risks.Assign and coordinate necessary resources to address problemDevelop standard operating policies and procedures for all computeroperations that identify and mitigate risk or address regulatoryrequirements.Coordinate resolution of highly complex problems andImplement records retention periods for data storageChange Management and incident responseEnsure program follows related federal regulations and DOEQualifications

  10 years of related work experienceMSCE or CISSMKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  Information Assurance, Technical Analysis and DesignExperience with MS Word, Excel and Project or similar softwareNECESSARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computerscreens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse,and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein isprimarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may berequired.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  Hires and supervises direct reports.ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
