　　Responsibilities:

　　Knowledge of all aspects of renovation work to include demolition, abatement, layout, clearances, door/hardware, and interior finish work.Ability to determine compliance of workmanship, materials, equipment, and installed work with contract requirements and industry standards.Working knowledge and understanding of building, safety, and environmental codes.Working knowledge of environmental, civil, safety, architectural and structural fields.Familiarity with three phase inspections, construction project management schedules and safety programs such as OSHA and EM-385-1.Ability to exercise good interpersonal skills.Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.Registered Architect.More than five years of experience in the construction industry (preferably in Government Construction or Renovations)Eligible for a security clearance.What we have to offer:
