As a Senior Support Analyst, you will be helping our customers resolve their questions and issues for the Deltek Vantagepoint and Vision products through phone, chat, and email.
The most successful person in this role is someone who is warm and friendly and likes assisting others. This isn’t a call center job – you will be collaborating with the customer, product engineering, product management, and senior team members to work the cases to resolution.
As your knowledge of our product and industry grows, you will be making a difference with our customers, contributing to the smooth operation of their business.
This is a full time, remote position.
Work Location:US RemoteQualifications:
2+ years customer service or relevant software experience required
Experience working in Planning software- Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, NetSuite, Sage, Accelo or Acumatica preferred
CRM application or support experience a plus!
Experience working in a SaaS environment a PLUS
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong listening skills
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to problem solve, thoroughly research, and troubleshoot customer questions and issues
Self-motivated and proactive team member who will utilize time efficiently, share knowledge, and be receptive to others’ ideas
Desire to exceed customer expectations by providing world class customer service
Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
College degree or relevant work experience required
