If so, the NA Capacity Planning Team is looking for an experienced leader with a strong record of achieving results to support the first leg of the Supply Chain.Key job responsibilities- Working with Retail, Finance, Operations and supply chain system team partners towards defining FC capacity management processes and tools.- Forming cross-functional project teams, planning, organizing, managing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders- Directing work with our fulfillment center network to ensure the right capacity is reported and manage capacity change process- Creating complex models and analyzing trade off decisions to ensure the best outcome for our customers- Writing strategy documents that clearly communicate supply chain vision to senior leadership- Intermediate to advanced excel and basic to intermediate SQLWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USA- 5+ years of program or project management experience- 5+ years of supply chain experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related fieldOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
