Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) offers an excellent opportunity to join our diverse, energetic, and collaborative environment in support of the dynamic Flex/PWB Technologies Commodity Organization. Our procurement department manages all PWB Flex procurements in support of all Raytheon Business Units/Programs. In this role, you will foster relationship with suppliers, administer subcontracts in a fashion consistent with integrated supply chain models, recognizing the role and value of each participant through the acquisition life cycle from requirements generation through product delivery, product support, and payment for products and services.  You will engage in supplier performance, relationship management, strategic sourcing as well as facilitate complex business agreements in support of the various contracts.

What You Will Do:Preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations/ProposalsPerform price and cost analysis and lead formal negotiations, Price, delivery, scope, Terms Conditions.Place subcontracts/purchase orders and associated change ordersIssue and conflict resolution of medium/high complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements for various subcontract types (Cost Types, Firm Fixed price, Time Materials)Work closely with the Program and other functional groups (Operations, Quality, Engineering, etc.) to achieve objectivesNurture professional business relationships with first tier subcontractorsProvide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviews.Ability to travel as required

This position requires daily onsite presence at a Raytheon facility.

Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
