Eastern States Construction Service is currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Project Management and Estimating team. This position assists the team in the acquisition and organization of construction projects by:
maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours and budgets
assembling and maintaining project CO logs, RFI’s, plan updates and schedules
preparing bid documents
managing material procurement and material quantity tracking and procurement
managing various databases
The ideal candidate must have the aptitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally in addition to strong administrative skills including:
Microsoft Office applications
exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
ability to work under tight deadlines
working knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures
industry experience and college degree preferred but not required
