　　Job Summary

　　The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall plant operations, including all production and ensuring employees strive to meet the standards set forth by the company for Safety, Quality, Productivity, Preventative Maintenance and Housekeeping.

　　Direct all plant manufacturing processes and ensure quality products while maintaining a safe work environmentPlan and direct the layout of equipment, workflow and workforce utilization as well as participating in the procurement of raw materials, supplies and other production needsPlanning and establishing work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goalsLeverage dashboards and reporting tools to continually monitor performance, identify gaps and put action plans in place to improve. Work directly with site leadership to execute actionsLead company performance reviews, track actions and drive improvement effortMonitor Dashboards and reports daily by using company's performance management system.Provide operations coaching and development to new and existing operations leadership as neededAssist sites in maintaining their maintenance programsOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededRequirements

　　Bachelor's Degree and/or 3 years' experience in a similar industry or a combination of education and experienceExcellent communication skills and willingness to be a hands-on leaderAbility to review and discuss results or production reportsStrong knowledge of OSHA Industry StandardsProven ability to recruit, train and develop employeesPreferences
