  Develops projects and program schedule materials (Primavera P6, Schedules, Layouts, Reports)

  Develops and manages detailed timelines to meet deliverable dates.

  Analyzes information and provides recommendations to support decisions.

  Receives and identifies issues - facilitates and tracks resolution.

  Develops materials and analysis for decision-makers.

  Provides reporting and status on timelines

  Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.

  Required Education/Experience

  High School Diploma/GED and 5 years Relevant work experience or

  Associate's Degree and 4 years Relevant work experience or

  Bachelor's Degree and 3 years Relevant work experience

  Preferred Education/Experience

  Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Business or related field Utility or consulting Utilizing Primavera P6 scheduling application for large programs and/or programsRelevant Work Experience

  3-5 years Relevant experience developing scheduled for complex programs and/or projects with many moving parts Required

  Must have strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft office products including Primavera P6 and T-SQL Required

  Strong knowledge of data reporting Required

  Demonstrates ability to support project teams to deliver on time, on budget on scope Required

  Excellent oral and written communication skills Required

  Experience with Business Process Modeling Preferred

  Working knowledge of SQL Preferred

  Experience with developing Tableau dashboards Preferred

  Skills & Ability

  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.

  Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines

  Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities

  Strong written and verbal communication skills

  Demonstrated analytical skills

  Licenses & Certifications

  Driver's License RequiredOther Physical Demands

  Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.

  Respond to emergencies on a 24 hour 7 day per week basis

  Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed
