　　Job Summary

　　Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

　　Definition:

　　To work with Banquet Manager, checking in Temp staff and or regular staff, working on signs for groups for food items. On larger events either buffet or plated Banquet Supervisor will help maintain buffets or with distro of plates from kitchen area. When on smaller groups will also be a fill in either a banquet server or bartender.

　　(Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

　　Report directly to Banquet Manager

　　Accountable for the delivery of events assigned by the Banquet Manager

　　To ensure guest satisfaction for service, quality and timeliness

　　Supervise and coordinate service to the Manager or Captain and timing and counts to the culinary staff

　　Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications:

　　Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
