The Site Reliability Team consists of non-technical Representatives (SRR) and technical Engineers (SRE). The SRRs work closely with our customers and report issues they can't resolve with sanctioned tools to the SREs. An SRE will address these issues and issues from deployed monitors within an understood timeframe. A Senior SRE will have a strong understanding of how a system is networked, code is deployed, and optimal application conditions in order to maintain existing systems and add new systems as the need arises by leveraging monitorization.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Investigating issues that result from a combination of network configuration, system-level configuration, and code Find immediate and long-term solutions for issues reported by monitors or customers Create and maintain containerized development environments Create monitors via internal tools or Datadog to find issues across the entire application Develop solutions and application utilizing Bash, PHP, JavaScript, and Python Enforce healthy coding standards like TDD, DRY, SOLID, etc. Mentoring and teaching more junior developers via pairing and peer review process. Ensure customer & partner concerns are addressed within the SLA and actions taken or that need to be taken are properly documented in Jira or ConfluenceRequired Experience and Skills:

　　Strong experience with MySQL, PHP, and JavaScript Moderate experience with Python, browser-based developer tools, and query optimization Comfortable working on Linux environments natively and inside of Docker Convey complex technical issues to non-technical staff and customersAdditional Experience and Skills:
