　　We are looking for ServiceNow Administrator who will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet the needs of our business users. You will also provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices and functionalities. Summarizing:

　　Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, CMDB, etc.

　　Perform system administration tasks, such as user and role management, security, performance tuning, backup and recovery, etc.

　　Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and integrations.

　　Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow features and functionalities.

　　Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

　　What will you bring to the team:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

　　3+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow administrator, developer or analyst to include some of the following qualifications:

　　Desired certifications: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator, ITIL v3

　　Experience with front end web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

　　Experience with ServiceNow configuration, design and development

　　Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skill
