Join the Publix Technology team where you will be challenged to develop and support various Finance modules implemented in the SAP system.
Primary responsibilities include: Participating on cross-functional project teams with an emphasis in Finance to design, develop and implement SAP applications Gathering business requirements and translating them into system design and reporting capabilities Design system solutions, write functional specification document for various RICEFW objects, perform functional configurations, perform unit testing, coordinate integration testing, support user acceptance testing, and resolve issues reported during hyper-care Configuring SAP to implement solutions in the Finance area Collaborating with Development and Infrastructure teams to create, maintain and test application functionality to ensure implementations are successful Testing application functionality as well as custom SAP programs Assisting with resolution of SAP incidents and problems Validating the deployment of SAP system changes into a production environment Assisting with the support of integration points within SAP as well as interfaces between SAP and other systems Providing direct support to business areas and other I/S teams in all aspects of the SAP application
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or other analytical disciplines or equivalent experience 5 years of software engineering experience with SAP solution design and configuration 3 year's relevant experience with SAP Finance applications: Assets, AP/AR, GL, Controlling, Real Estate and integration with MM/PM/PCC Experience reading and understanding system requirements and design deliverables Experience understanding software applications and translating business requirements into functional configuration requirements Experience with testing environments and following testing standards
Preferred Qualifications
7 years' experience with SAP's ECC Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically the Finance modules: Assets, AP/AR, GL, Controlling, Real Estate and integration with MM/PM/PCC 7 years' business experience involving extensive research and analytical skills Experience working with the Finance modules in an S/4 Hana landscape Experience with implementing Finance Fiori applications for business users Experience working with SAP BW to perform analysis including setting up new data sources Experience working with Embedded Analytics in an S/4 Hana system

Year End Bonus
As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month's extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
