Responsibilities:
Partner with our VP of Sales to develop our global sales strategy through actionable business analysis and insights.
Utilize your strong data analytics skills, including Excel & SQL, to extract insights, drive strategic decisions, and monitor key business metrics.
Develop and maintain robust business reporting systems, providing senior leadership with clear insights to drive revenue growth.
Manage and increase the effectiveness of various sales tools including Outreach, Revenue.io, ZoomInfo and Salesforce.
Optimize the current lead funnel through a close partnership with our marketing team
Implement effective territory management strategies to optimize sales coverage and revenue
Ownership of sales forecasting and planning, utilizing historical data to aid in the development of sales plans and proactive headcount planning.
Oversee the improve our contract process for efficient and effective deal closures.
Assist in the design and implementation of comprehensive compensation plans for the sales team.
Qualifications:
7+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations, ideally in technology/media companies or related environments.
Self-starter; experience building and designing process from the ground up
Proven track record of impactful contributions in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Strong data analytics skills, including Excel & SQL; knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and strategically focused.
Deep knowledge & understanding of sales and marketing
Working knowledge of sales systems and tools is a plus (i.e., Salesforce, Revenue.io)
