　　Our client, a leading real estate firm, is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join their high-powered team in NYC. The Senior Property Accountant will assume a key leadership role within the accounting department, overseeing the financial operations of their diverse real estate portfolio. This position requires a seasoned accounting professional with a strong background in property accounting, financial reporting, and team management. As the Senior Property Accountant, you will oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple properties. In addition, you will be tasked with spearheading the budgeting process, collaborating with property management teams to develop comprehensive and realistic budgets. Lastly, the Senior Property Accountant will coordinate and lead audit processes, providing necessary documentation and support. 　　-BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field

　　-10+ years of property accounting experience

　　-Excellent oral and written communication skills
