　　Our client, a leading healthcare provider in the Dallas area is looking for an experienced project manager to manage the access management centralization across different business units. There will be a lot of coordination (working with multiple stakeholders) and driving to achieve our targets. Enterprise Project Management, Multi-Factor Authentication (Security), Systems integration- 8+ years of IT project management.

　　Job Duties -

　　Project manage the access management centralization across different business units. There will be a lot of coordination (working with multiple stakeholders) and driving to achieve our targets. Enterprise Project Management, Multi-Factor Authentication (Security), Systems integration-

　　Job Requirements -

　　8+ years of IT project management, especially with creating deliverables outlined above

　　Prior experience as an Implementation or Project Manager with proven record of successful delivery.

　　Hands-on experience managing all stages of the implementation/centralization lifecycle

　　Experience managing Multi-Factor Authentication, single sign on and/or Identity Access Management projects

　　strong at delivering executive level project presentations.

　　Sr. PMs should have experience coordinating work across PMs in a matrix environment, able to provide roll up of status and metric reporting, have exceptional issue management skills, and have experience defining roles and responsibilities on projects to bring clarity on the accountability of work across team members.

　　Desired Skills & Experience -

　　Experience managing Okta implementations

　　Excellent Communication - oral and written

　　Ability to lead teams through planned schedules and proactively address issues/risks

　　Proficient in creating effective PowerPoint presentations

　　Familiarity with Agile methodology

　　Experience in working with business and technology teams

　　Experience working with software vendor partners

　　Comfortable working with multiple teams, in-house and remote; strong team player.

　　Experience at communicating at all levels (team to executive)

　　Proven working experience in project management through all facets of project lifecycle

　　Proven track record to drive results and navigating challenges successfully
