　　Job Description

　　AECOM is seeking a Project Manager - Highway/Roadway to be based in Sacramento CA.

　　Directs and managers the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.

　　Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.

　　Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.

　　Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　BA/BS in Civil Engineering or other Engineering discipline + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationPreferred Qualifications:

　　Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain California PE within twelve months if not currently registered in California

　　Ability to proactively communicate and lead department staff

　　Minimum of 12 years of experience which reflect a progressively increasing level of leadership and responsibility

　　Experience with business development and client relations

　　Project management experience leading small to medium sized highway projects; well-versed in all aspects of project development

　　Excellent written and oral communications skills

　　Offered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $141,000 - $261,000.
