　　E03 - Expected salary range of $118,800 -132,000 varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

　　E04 - Expected salary range of $141,300 -$157,000 varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

　　PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

　　Manage projects, initiation through closeout, as assigned and within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule and objectives. Provide leadership for project team members and the Project Management process. Position generally used for projects requiring integration of multiple functional organizations.

　　PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

　　Manage the detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule and budget of assigned project(s) in accordance with the Exelon Management Model procedures and standard practices. Ensure proper use of project controls and perform required monthly reporting.

　　Direct the Project Team and integrate all resources.

　　Ensure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final project deliverables.

　　Provide communication to Exelon Nuclear and site management for assigned / proposed projects.

　　Provide development, evaluation and recommendation on contracted services and materials.

　　Ensure Contract Administration on contract(s) as required, including proper closeout of projects as well as post-project critique and lessons learned

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Sr. Project Manager E03

　　Bachelor's degree (technical or management discipline) with 5-8 years' experience in a related position or field. -OR-

　　10 years of directly applicable industry experience, 5 years of which must be in the field of management of projects

　　PMP Certification (within 18 months of starting position)

　　Demonstrated leadership skills

　　Strong communication skills

　　Project budgeting, cost tracking, and cost estimating experience

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Principal Project Manager E04

　　Bachelor's degree (technical or management discipline) with 8+ years' experience in a related position or field. -OR-

　　12 years of directly applicable industry experience, 6 years of which must be in the field of management of projects

　　Minimum of 5 years' experience in supervision or management of projects or Grade E04 Manager

　　PMP Certification (within 18 months of starting position)

　　Demonstrated leadership skills

　　Strong communication skills

　　Project budgeting, cost tracking, and cost estimating experience

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Sr. Project Manager E03

　　Master's Degree in business, engineering, science, or related field

　　FLS or Management experience

　　Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance

　　Knowledge of contract management and / or Passport supply system

　　Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - PRINCIPAL PROJECT MANAGER - E04

　　Master’s Degree in business, engineering, science, or related field

　　FLS or Management experience

　　Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance

　　Knowledge of contract management and / or Passport supply system

　　Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction
