　　What You Will Do

　　The Senior Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for channel strategy planning – leading, organizing and controlling the operational responsibilities involved in the development of category in specific trade sectors to ensure the achievement of sales results and effectively managing budgeting at the same time. He/she will analyze on his/her franchise business in each channel to promote the growth and development, implementation and evaluation of the strategic plans, which are aligned to the divisional and corporate strategies.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Lead the development and implementation of shopper/trade marketing strategies and programs to drive category business performance.

　　Category Expert within retail environment (5 P's).

　　Translate brand strategy to category strategy by retail environment.

　　Drive category management initiatives for key customers who are ready and willing.

　　Evaluate performance and ROI of customer / channel specific promotions and provide sound recommendations.

　　Develop, communicate, and manage the A&P budget for trade plans.

　　Develop go-to-market and distribution/expansion strategy by retail environment.

　　Required Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree minimum a 2nd Class Upper or equivalent.

　　Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant trade/shopper marketing experience and proven track record in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.

　　Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

　　Dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated.

　　Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
