(Client) is a financial technology and insurance company headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The company was initially created to acquire insurance companies in the Midwestern United States and has since expanded nationally. In 2022, Business Insurance recognized (Client) as the 8th largest insurance broker in the world.
(Client) is looking to build out there existing PMO to help with the gaps in some of there service area's for there end customers. They are looking for support from TEKsystems to add 7 senior project managers for various groups within there level 3 and 4 categories. The PMO leader and she is looking for senior resources that come from multiple industries/verticals.
Soft skills:
We need a team of PM's who can work at a high and fast paced level. Our team needs to have very strong communication skills and can speak to all levels of the business and has a heavy focus on customer services / customer experience.

About This Role
(Client) is continuing to innovate as a leading Fintech company that takes a total view of clients' needs through a company-wide strategic initiative centered around transforming our partners into integrated platforms. Platforms are based on geographic area and business specialty and will operate in a single management structure and under the (Client) brand.
This role will support the Systems Integration (IT Infrastructure and Business Applications) project workstreams that are required in order to support the creation of integrated platforms.
Essential Duties
•Proactively coordinate and gather business requirements related to assigned projects
•Effectively facilitate scoping sessions with stakeholders
•Coordinate, manage and complete assigned projects on time and within budget
•Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress within Monday.com
•Serve as a liaison between IT and business units to coordinate the necessary support needed and to provide successful implementation of project initiatives
IT Project Manager Responsibilities
•Develop project plans and schedules using the ePMO standard project templates/tools
•Provide required status updates & reporting to project sponsors throughout each project life cycle
•Support Program and Project Governance (controls)
•Validate resource availability and allocation on each project
•Facilitate Project Meetings
•Proactively manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions for each project
•Identify project dependencies, assumptions and constraints as part of the plan
•Manage scope and project changes effectively
•Collaborate across a team of IT PMs supporting platforms to ensure standard methodology is utilized across all platform projects

Education and/or Experience
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
•5+ years of financial and project management experience within a complex IT environment.
•Must be able to detail hands on experience with the creation and management of large-scale projects spanning multiple departments and stakeholders
•Experience with M&A Projects a plus
•Experience or certification in Monday.com a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
•A project leader who is comfortable within a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
•Self-starter with the ability to reach out and engage with stakeholders at all levels
•Experience working with ServiceNow Project Management Module
•Expertise in Excel and MS Project or another Project Software
•PMP certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP) preferred
•Experience with Microsoft Office365
•Experience with Power BI or other reporting software a plus
•Admin / User knowledge of SharePoint
•Familiar with the ITIL Framework a plus
•Experience applying project management best practices and design-thinking approaches
•Experience working with abstract concepts in innovative ways to solve problems
•Effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance
•Excellent time management and prioritization skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills
