　　Launching new products in market is a risky proposition with probable failure rates as high as 80%. The R&D investment required to launch a new product has increased 4x the cost of five years ago. Despite the high risk, brands are stuck with outdated and expensive insights that limits their ability to launch products quickly and efficiently. Also, there are various defects reported by the customers in their feedback and brands are not sure which is the more critical and priority to be addressed first to boost their product rating. Amazon’s Product Insights platform is attempting to solve these intricate problems and help brands improve their revenue and product rating.

　　RBSTech team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to define program strategies and deliver impactful and actionable insights to our brands. You will drive simple and elegant seller and brands facing features with complex data and ML based systems behind them. You will manage implementation of multiple projects ensuring product strategy goals and requirements are delivered with quality.

　　As Sr PM, you will interact with product managers, software development managers, developers, and senior leaders across teams in the RBS organization to deliver complex projects and programs. You will define roadmap deliverables, develop program execution plans, track progress, anticipate risks, provide escalation management, make sound trade off decisions, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.

　　The successful candidate has technical skills to devise solutions, design, build, and deliver it. You are expected to be detail oriented, with technical background and excellent problem solving skills. You develop a deep understanding of product design and implementation details to effectively represent engineering teams to senior leadership and customers. Your expertise in operational excellence enables teams to deliver robust solutions in highly reliable, low latency systems. 　　Key job responsibilities

　　Develop and manage a program management governance (e.g., charter, project plans, stakeholder communications, etc.) for each initiative. Manage multiple medium and large programs.

　　Lead the execution of all programs/projects and enable Engineering and Product teams in the successful delivery of all programs.

　　Drive technical projects from requirements through launch, including managing complex project schedules, removing roadblocks, and keeping processes working smoothly.

　　Work with the Engineering and Product Leadership team to transform the operation and effectiveness of the organization. Develop a framework of processes to scale.

　　Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and User Experience teams to define, prioritize, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflow, and oversee the framework that drives product backlog management and product/feature releases.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

　　5+ years of program or project management experience

　　5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience

　　Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　2+ years of driving process improvements experience

　　Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
