  The Amazon Associates program is a key and integral part of our Marketing Mix to bring new customers to Amazon, drive existing customers to discover new products or programs (e.g. Prime or Prime Video) and increase customer loyalty. The Amazon Associates program is one of the most well-known and respected Affiliates programs worldwide and enables our partners (which range from content websites to financial services companies) to monetize their online traffic by referring customers to Amazon.

  Our business is growing fast, and is highly visible to senior leadership. The Partner Manager will build and execute operational processes to identify high potential partners, for example content websites, influencers, blogs, deal sites or comparison sites, and build relationships with them at scale. The partner manager will serve as a product specialist, driving scaled education efforts to help partners understand our performance Associates product solutions and best practices.

  A successful candidate for this role will be obsessed with continuously identifying new opportunities to drive partner performance at scale and then building and executing processes to deliver growth. This requires strong business judgement, high attention to detail, innovative skills and to be able to work in ambiguous situations. In addition, a candidate will be a self-starter, not afraid to challenge assumptions and can communicate clearly to stakeholders within the organization.

  Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with leads and transform them into high performing partners

  • Manage onboarding of Affiliates / Influencers and helping them to grow through scaled training efforts

  • Build and execute SOPs (standard operating procedure) to drive partner education, technology adoption and growth at scale

  • Track and monitor performance of partners against KPIs

  • Work closely and collaborate with internal teams, e.g. local Associates Business teams, the Central Associates team or Category Teams etc.

  • Utilize CRM tools to track all pertinent account information as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve monthly / quarterly targets

  Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1700 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements. There will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a RSU scheme operated by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card, career development.

  We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

  Bratislava, SVK

  Basic Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree in related field

  2+ year experience of sales or marketing related positions

  Ability to take ownership on delivering against short-term immediate and long term strategic goals.

  Fluency in English (in respect to writing, reading, speaking and communication) and

  Fluency in French or Italian

  Able to work in a diverse team

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience in the Associates, media or agency landscape, and proven track record of reaching and exceeding targets via new business engagement.

  Able to utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar programs.

  Excellent organizational, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication.

  Strong attention to detail with a data oriented approach to providing solutions.

  You have exceptional data based skills acquired from previous experiences.

  Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

  Master’s Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing is an advantage
