The product safety and quality advisor senior role is an incredible opportunity for a mid-level career food safety and quality professional to support regional supply quality and product safety initiatives with our Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) suppliers & Licensees. You will work with industry experts, cross-functional teams, and an outstanding supply base to drive projects from start to finish. At the same time, you’ll be continuing a legacy of world class product safety and quality performance by managing quality signals, product incidents, supply base management and Licensees.
As a product safety & quality advisor senior – Latin America and the Caribbean, you will…

· Ensure our LAC regional suppliers meet our product safety and quality requirements while sharing best practices and driving consistency across our Licensees in management of their own supply base.
· Influence and build relationships within Global Product Safety & Quality, cross-functionally and with LAC licensees, and suppliers, to deliver results within demanding timelines. Always consider product safety and quality in the context of Starbucks values and business priorities.
· Proactively analyze product safety and quality signals, metrics, audit data, customer complaints, regulatory, and workgroup inputs. Identify trends, lead investigations, and drive resolution of product related concerns from regulators, retail stores, regional quality partners, and/or internal and external customers.

In this role, your audiences will need you to be able to articulate actions and decipher technical approaches to non-technical audience.
