　　At Reston Hospital Center, we are looking for a compassionate and reliable registered nurse for our Float Pool. In this role, you will be required to administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds and monitor vital signs as well as assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. 　　· You will communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers

　　· On our team, you will be responsible for possessing the knowledge and skills to provide quality nursing care via the nursing process

　　· You will serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care

　　· On our team, you will guide and be a resource for new employees

　　· You will perform job tasks to ensure patient, personal and departmental safety Instructing and educating patients and families is a daily responsibility

　　Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

　　Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

　　Registered Nurse

　　Associate Degree

　　Must have at least 2 years of ICU experience
