  This role is part of the Amazon Business (AB) Marketing team and our vision is to establish Amazon Business as the most recognized B2B brand. As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will deliver engaging, cross-platform Amazon Business store and merchandising experiences that drive discoverability and adoption of business selection and pricing solutions in multiple countries where Amazon Business is present. You will also be responsible for the strategy, development, and optimization of global campaigns.

  To be successful in this role, this individual will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders across Selection, Pricing, and Tech across geographic regions to optimize through scale and continuous experimentation. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in online merchandising, digital marketing, and product marketing. This role requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building , and problem solving, as well as a willingness to be hands-on with execution.

  The ideal candidate has a track record of success in delivering results at scale and working cross-functionally across multiple teams and countries.   Basic Qualifications

  6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
