  The Ideal Candidate:

  Possesses 1+ yrs. Sales Management Experience

  Possesses Natural Leadership and People Skills

  Follows, trains, and champions a script with ease

  Has excellent time management and organization skills 

  Is constantly training, riding along with team members and helping the Sales team close deals

  Has Nightly calls with each Sales Rep to Disposition Leads

  Understands, interprets, and communicates Sales metrics with ease

  Inspects what he or she expects

  WOWs customers 

  Promotes the company online

  Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc.

  Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done!

  Seeks:

  Base plus commissions and incentives

  Potential for up to $90,000 the first year, including incentives and commissions

  Ability to conduct consistent training camps, book readings and ride alongs to help Sales Team members hone their craft

  Ability to help Sales team close deals by following The Phillips Sales Methodology

  Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate Sales metrics and train others to do the same

  Key Result Areas:

  The Contracted Sales Goal is met.

  NSLI is greater than or equal to 1924 and growing. 

  The team is verifiably, consistently executing the Sales Methodology.

  1 Self-generated lead per rep per week is created.

  High school graduate; some college preferred

  Must pass background and drug test

  Excellent driving record and a Texas license
