　　Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (HBHH) currently has an opening for a PRN Outpatient Mental Health Technician. The Outpatient MHT will report to the Director of Outpatient Services. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

　　Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is an acute care psychiatric hospital offering comprehensive mental health programs and services for adolescents and adults.

　　This position will be responsible for:

　　Maintaining Outpatient questionnaires and directories

　　Answer incoming and direct calls

　　Assist in admitting PHP/IOP patients

　　Interact positively and effectively with patients & guests

　　Promotes a positive image of the Outpatient Services department and HBHH through communication with all departments, peers, patients, and guests

　　Sign and receive incoming mail

　　Pick up & drop off patients

　　Ensures HIPAA compliance

　　Disinfects equipment and van before and after each use

　　Assists clinical team

　　Monitor patients at all times

　　Performs related duties as requested

　　Requirements

　　HS diploma or equivalent required

　　Bilingual a plus

　　Mental Healthcare/customer service experience required
