Senior Director, Implementation & End User Adoption (hybrid)

Our Senior Director of Implementation and End User Adoption plays a pivotal role in driving the successful integration and adoption of new technologies within Tandigm. In this role, you will bring your deep understanding of technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate across departments to ensure seamless implementation and user adoption. You will bring 5+ years of experience in technology integration, adoption, change management, or a related role with demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams in the delivery of new business capabilities. You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing technology adoption initiatives, as well as measuring their impact and continuously improving the adoption process.
Essential Functions
Develop end to end Implementation playbook to support both technology and strategic projects.Develop and execute comprehensive technology adoption strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Manage relationship between end user and application.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive business value.Work closely with project teams to create detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and potential risks.Ensure that technology implementations align with business processes and requirements.Engage with department leaders, key stakeholders, and end-users to understand their needs and concerns related to technology adoption.Build strong relationships to facilitate collaboration and buy-in throughout the adoption process.Collaborate with Learning & Engagement to design and deliver effective user training programs, workshops, and resources.Provide ongoing support to end users, addressing questions and issues related to technology adoption.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of technology adoption initiatives.Analyze adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and propose improvements to enhance adoption rates.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the organization's needs.Recommend enhancements to adoption processes based on feedback and evolving business requirements.Ancillary

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or other related field or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in technology integration, adoption, change management, or a related role.Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams in the delivery of new business capabilitiesStrong understanding of various technology solutions and their applications within the organization's context.Demonstrated experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.KNOWLEDGE, INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, ABILITIES:
