We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to govern SaaS application identification, selection, and roadmaps across all enterprise and corporate functions. They will work closely with business and IT teams to ensure that solutions meet the needs of the organization emphasizing consolidation of technology investments and enhancing employee and customer experience while optimizing technology expenditures. Additionally, they will be responsible for building a governance model, conducting business case reviews, and leading executive review processes.
You'll report to Vice President of Application Services
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Coordinate and manage the roadmaps for SaaS applications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance employee and customer experience.
Manage the rationalization of applications, solutions, and features across business units.
Ensure that business cases include financial analysis, data, integration, and long-term support considerations.
Work with the engineering team to ensure that the products are scalable and reliable.
Collaborate with finance, procurement, People and Culture, Operations, IT and other corporate teams and leaders. Build a governance model to ensure that the solutions are aligned with the company’s business goals.
Lead executive review processes to ensure that the products are aligned with the company’s strategic vision.
What You Bring to the Role
15 years diverse IT experience
10 years people leadership experience
5 years in IT product leadership
Ability to explain complex systems and interrelationships to diverse audiences with varying degrees of technical acumen
Product backlog management experience
Experience evaluating and creating effective strategies for data related issues and challenges in complex IT systems and integrations
Highly organized, capable of communicating through variety of channels with all levels of an organization from C-suite to technical staff

The anticipated range is $95,000 - $169,000 annual salary with Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
