　　Responsibilities

　　Position Summary:

　　Under general supervision prepares seasons and cooks food for hospital patients employees visitors and catering events according to departmental procedures.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum:

　　High school diploma (or equivalent) required.

　　One (1) year of experience or equivalent education or equivalent combination of substantial cooking experience in varying environments and education.

　　Basic communication and mathematical skills.

　　Appropriate food preparation skills and technique.

　　Ability to read follow oral and written procedures.

　　Ability to communicate in English.

　　Preferred:

　　Formal culinary training preferredPay Range

　　$23.56 - $26.74 /hour
