As a Product Development Program Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the system security compliance portfolio maintaining the industry standards (e.g ISO 27001). This includes planning and completing the yearly internal/external audits to remain compliant for different standards as applicable across different regions globally. As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team, you will work as ISMS(Information Security Management System) specialist to support the business needs ensuring the systems are in compliant with different industry standards( e,g ISO 27001)

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Leads PDP cross-functional team(s) through successful completion of the programs/security certifications.
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems.
Ensures that products are launched on time and meet established goals and objectives that support the financial and competitive goals of the organization
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree required and minimum of 4 years of software/security program management experience
OR
Advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of software program management experience
Nice to Have
Prior experience in implementing and managing the industry accepted security standards (e.g ISO 27001, FedRamp, StateRamp)
Program Management Qualification: PMP Certification
Previous experience managing software programs in highly regulated industry
Medical device product development experience
Experience with software development processes: Agile
Strong track record of supporting and/or leading projects

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
