Amazon is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sr. Marketing Manager to support Amazon Shipping in driving adoption and growth for our customers in the US. We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for developing compelling positioning and messaging for Amazon Shipping features; and lead effective B2B and Partner Marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will manage and execute initiatives, working with cross-functional teams. You will have communications program management experience, excellent writing skills, and the ability to easily adapt communications for different audiences. You will exercise extremely high judgement in narrow time frames, inject logic and care into communications, and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered to the highest standards. You will also have a strong sense of brand and editorial voice, with the ability to harmonize messages across multiple channels and marketing vehicles.

Drive customer facing and sales facing messaging and positioning
Work at both the strategic and tactical level. Define, own and execute service launch plan and content plan; execute top down and bottom-up growth strategies
Drive both B2B and Partner Marketing initiatives
Craft and execute campaigns and leverage organic channels to reach our customers and help grow their understanding and adoption of Amazon Shipping
Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences
Develop detailed campaign project plans, creative briefs, and digital strategies, including campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, segmentation strategy, adoption campaigns, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedule
Define business metrics, measurement plan, and testing plan for related campaigns
Work effectively across Amazon shipping with groups such as Product, Ops and Commercial to achieve our joint business goals

Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
