As a Sr. Marketing Data Analyst, you will be a part of the Smart Energy & Thermal Solutions (SETS) global business which supports the growing demand for energy efficiency solutions. This role is a part of the Honeywell field marketing team, which provides full-service marketing for our utility clients to deliver integrated, multichannel outreach campaigns. Our marketing team has designed and deployed hundreds of successful utility marketing campaigns and engaged millions of utility customers to learn about energy usage and participate in utility-sponsored programs. Our innovative approaches enable us to drive measurable, cost-effective results and deliver high customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who has the curiosity to dig deep into data to drive actionable insights. In this role, you will work with our marketing team and clients to understand and influence the tactics and campaigns we are deploying for our clients. You will use visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBi, Looker Studio, etc.) to analyze data, provide key insights and reports. You will have experience in effectively partnering and collaborating with internal teams to meet goals and client objectives in a matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze campaigns and customer data to identify best prospects, marketing strategies, and tactics to inform future marketing plans.
Expert in data collection and mining, business intelligence, trends, and forecasting used to drive marketing strategy.
Skilled in data storytelling and marketing reporting best practices; able to take a dataset and craft a compelling narrative with clear visualizations to benefit clients.
Ability to clearly articulate data trends and observations to colleagues who are not data platform/ analysis SMEs.
Ability to identify the best customer targets by developing predictive models to be used in campaigns.
Able to process data files to create lists for marketing campaigns.
Understand Google Analytics and Tag Manager to support tracking and reporting.
High level for attention to detail and ability to identify process improvements.
Ability to work independently, proactively, and with ambiguity leading multiple projects.
Ability to problem solve independently and collaboratively on existing and new platforms and tools; troubleshoot and identify best solutions.
Approach business challenges from a strategic perspective that includes thinking outside the box, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness.
Lead the internal and external reporting architecture leveraging Tableau and Alteryx.
Manage and setup multiple data sources and integrations.
YOU MUST HAVE
3+ years of experience in analyzing data and creating visualizations using multiple data sources.WE VALUE
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Proficiency in Tableau and/or other data visualization tools
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, PowerBi
Bachelor's degree
Background in marketing analytics and statistics
Proactive and driven to add value, improve processes, and think outside the box
Experience and or certifications with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, Hubspot, Alteryx, statistical modeling, big data, data visualization, regression models, data collection and analysis, Minitab, etc.
