The Senior Marketing Communication Content Specialist isresponsible for executing communication strategies across theorganization. This role is responsible for the effective delivery andpromotion of FTI\'s communication programs through a wide range ofmediums to create impact and engagement. It requires a sharp eye fordetail to facilitate clear, impactful and strategic communication bothwithin the organization and externally, representing FTI\'s vision andstrategies and contributing to its success. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Journalism, English,Public Relations or a related field. Experience: Minimum of five yearsof experience in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations orMarketing is required. Construction, manufacturing, or energy industryexperience is a plus. Or Any appropriate combination of education andexperience as determined by management. Travel: 5-10% Work Schedule:This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday.Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInternal Communication: Collaborates with Marketing CommunicationManagers and various departments on the following: * Develops andimplements internal communication strategies to ensure consistent andeffective communication within the organization. * Creates engaging andrelevant content for various internal platforms (including FTI\'sIntranet, app, emails, presentations, training materials, etc.) thatconveys information clearly to appropriate audiences to inform, educateand connect. * Crafts messages that convey important information,updates, and announcements to employees. External Communication:Collaborates with Content and Public Relations Manager and variousdepartments on the following: * Develops and executes externalcommunication strategies to enhance the organization\'s reputation andrelationships with stakeholders, customers, partners, and the generalpublic. * Creates engaging and relevant content for various externalplatforms (including collateral, blogs, social media, etc.) that conveysinformation clearly to appropriate audiences to inform, educate andconnect. * Drafts award entries, press releases, and other materialsfor public relations efforts. * Builds and maintains relationships withblog authors to facilitate positive coverage of the organization\'sactivities and initiatives. * Coordinates event communications,including invitations, announcements, and promotional materials. ContentCreation: * Creates engaging and relevant content for various internaland external platforms (examples above) that conveys information clearlyto appropriate audiences to inform, educate and connect. * Ensurescontent aligns with the organization\'s brand voice and messaging. *Provides communication-related training to employees to enhance theircommunication skills and ensure consistent messaging.
