Duties andResponsibilities Lead and perform all aspects of civil design andtechnical solutions for utility-scale renewable projects. Provideleadership, management, and mentorship for the design team. Defineproject tasks, schedule, and resource requirements. Conduct teammeetings and coordinate with other professional disciplines to executesuccessful project delivery. Prepare and provide support with projectproposals. Prepare budget on assigned projects and review invoicingunder the direction of a Project Manager. Identify additional scope andrevenue opportunities that relate to the project and participates inbusiness development activities. Provide on-going communication with theclient related to the project. Establish goals for project deliverablesand maintain QA/QC goals. Required Skills Bachelor\'s Degree in CivilEngineering from an ABET accredited program. Must have 5-8 years ofexperience in discipline within the A&E industry. Must be detailoriented and efficient in problem solving. EIT certification required,PE preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully withdepartment personnel and office staff; must possess strong oral andwritten communication skills. Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Extensive experience in county and state permitting preferred. Goodmentoring skills. Excellent time management skills. Possess the abilityto change focus quickly during a typical day. Positive and solutionorientated approach to problems. Preferred Experience Ideal candidatewill have experience in renewable energy or display passion to learnabout the renewable energy industry.
